The Opportunity

Start your management career where the work is real. As a Trainee Project Manager, you'll shadow senior project managers on live projects for Nepal's top brands, learning how signage goes from a sketch to a landmark — with a clear path to a full Project Manager role.

What You'll Do

• Support senior project managers on active projects.
• Track project tasks, materials, and daily progress updates.
• Join site surveys and installations to learn the full workflow.
• Prepare project documentation and client update reports.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or final-year student in management, engineering, or related field.
• Eagerness to learn on-site as well as in the office.
• Good communication skills and reliable follow-through.
• No experience required — we train you from the ground up.
