The Opportunity

Every glowing sign in Kathmandu started with a conversation. As a Sales Associate at Saraswoti Media, you'll guide business owners from their first inquiry to a signed order — backed by Nepal's strongest signage brand, a full design team, and products that sell themselves once clients see the quality.

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound inquiries from calls, WhatsApp, and the website.
• Understand client needs and recommend the right signage and branding solutions.
• Prepare quotations and follow up leads through to closed orders.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and orders in our CRM.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication skills in Nepali and English.
• A customer-first attitude and confidence in explaining products.
• Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, CRM tools).
• Prior sales or retail experience is a plus, but attitude matters most.
