Operations Manager

The Opportunity

Every sign we install starts as a schedule, a material order, and a team. As Operations Manager you own that machine end to end — from the moment a job is confirmed to the moment it is installed. You will be based at our Budanilkantha factory, where the work actually happens.

What You'll Do

• Plan and sequence daily production across fabrication, printing, CNC, and finishing.
• Own delivery and installation schedules, including jobs outside the Kathmandu valley.
• Track material stock and raise purchase orders before shortages stop a line.
• Set and review quality checkpoints so rework is caught in the factory, not on site.
• Lead the production and installation teams: shift planning, workload, and performance.
• Report weekly on output, delays, wastage, and cost per job to management.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years in production, manufacturing, or project operations — signage, fabrication, or print preferred.
• Proven ability to run a schedule across multiple teams and hit delivery dates.
• Comfortable reading technical drawings and job specifications.
• Strong Nepali and English communication; confident coordinating with clients and vendors.
• Based in or able to commute daily to Budanilkantha. This is a full-time on-site role.
