Operations Associate

The Opportunity

This is the role where you learn how a signage company actually runs. You will sit at the centre of the factory floor, keeping job cards moving, materials where they need to be, and installation teams dispatched on time. It is hands-on, fast, and the fastest route to managing operations yourself.

What You'll Do

• Maintain job cards and keep production status current for every live order.
• Coordinate material issue from store to the fabrication, printing, and CNC teams.
• Book and brief installation teams, including vehicles, tools, and site access.
• Chase vendors on outsourced items and flag anything that threatens a delivery date.
• Keep records of dispatch, delivery, and installation sign-off.
• Support the Operations Manager with daily output and delay reporting.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year in operations, production support, logistics, or store keeping.
• Organised and dependable — you follow up without being asked twice.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and keeping accurate written records.
• Clear communicator in Nepali and English.
• Based in or able to commute daily to Budanilkantha. This is a full-time on-site role.
