Finance Manager

The Opportunity

A signage company lives and dies on job costing and cash flow. As Finance Manager you own both — plus reporting, tax compliance, and the numbers management actually makes decisions from. You will work from our Teku office alongside the commercial team.

What You'll Do

• Produce monthly management accounts, cash flow statements, and budget variance reports.
• Own job costing: what each project actually cost against what we quoted.
• Manage receivables and payables, and keep collections on schedule.
• Handle VAT and TDS filing and keep the company compliant with Nepali tax requirements.
• Coordinate statutory audit and prepare schedules for auditors.
• Review payroll before release and maintain accurate statutory records.
• Advise management on pricing, margins, and spending decisions with the numbers behind them.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified or semi-qualified accountant (CA, ACCA, or equivalent) with 4+ years of experience.
• Working knowledge of Nepali tax: VAT, TDS, and statutory filing deadlines.
• Strong accounting software skills and genuine fluency in spreadsheets.
• Able to explain financial results plainly to people who are not accountants.
• Based in Kathmandu. This role works from our Teku office.
