CNC | Laser Machine Operator

The Opportunity

Precision is the whole job. You will run our CNC routers and laser cutters, turning design files into cut, engraved, and finished parts for signage that goes up across Nepal. We invest in good machines and we look after the people who run them.

What You'll Do

• Operate CNC routers and laser cutting and engraving machines to job specification.
• Prepare and verify cutting files, tool paths, feed rates, and material settings.
• Cut, engrave, and finish acrylic, wood, MDF, ACP, and sheet metal.
• Nest parts to get the most out of every sheet and keep wastage down.
• Run first-piece checks and inspect output against the drawing before it moves on.
• Carry out daily machine cleaning, lubrication, and basic preventive maintenance.
• Follow machine safety procedures, including extraction and fire precautions on the laser.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years operating CNC routers or laser cutters in production.
• Able to read technical drawings and work from vector files such as AI, DXF, or CDR.
• Understands how different materials behave at different speeds and power settings.
• Careful, methodical, and safety-conscious around powered machinery.
• Based in or able to commute daily to Budanilkantha. This is a full-time on-site role.
